Open Face Chinese Poker
First, each player is dealt five cards, then more, one at a time, in turn, until they have thirteen.
The players set three poker hands by placing their cards face up into the row of their choice as soon as they get them:
- five in their Bottom Row hand
- five in their Middle Row hand
- three in their Top Row hand
Each row is worth 1 point. A player who scoops -- wins all three rows -- gets a 3 point bonus.
Our game is played for 5 coins a point
The Bottom Row poker hand must be stronger or equal to the Middle Row hand which must be stronger or equal to the Top Row.
Breaking this rule is a foul that causes the whole hand to be misset.
A player whose opponent fouls gets 1 point for each row and 3 points for the scoop.
If both players foul, they tie
